Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of RedSprout Intelligence, a reporting dashboard run by RedSprout Digital ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them.

The service

RedSprout Intelligence shows reports about your business, using data from services you connect (such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Ads) and from website uptime checks. It is provided as part of your work with RedSprout Digital.

Your account

• Access is by invitation only. Keep your sign-in details private and do not share your account.
• Tell us straight away at hello@redsproutdigital.com if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend or close an account that is misused or no longer needed.

Connecting your accounts

Only connect accounts and websites that you own or are allowed to use. You can disconnect a connected account at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Fair use

Please do not:

• try to see data that belongs to another business;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
• copy, resell or rebuild the service.

Reports and accuracy

Reports come from third-party services such as Google, and can be delayed, incomplete or later changed by them. We work to keep things accurate, but we cannot promise that every number is always correct or that the service will always be available. Please check important decisions against the original source.

Our responsibility

We provide the service "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, that come from using the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of India, the United Kingdom or Australia that cannot be excluded.

Your data

Your business data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and tell you by email if the change is important. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
